The problem
A small social enterprise had a simple but powerful idea: help parents keep their children safe by making it easier to track medicines and learn basic first aid. What they didn't have was the grant infrastructure — the board paperwork, the formal case — needed to unlock the funding to bring it to more families.
What we did
We prepared a full grant application from scratch, including drafting the formal board resolution needed to support the submission, so the organisation could put its best case forward with confidence.
The outcome
$20,000 requested to fund a medical tracking tool for families and free online first aid training.
What it means for the community: practical, everyday tools that help parents and caregivers feel a little more prepared and a little less alone — made possible by a social enterprise that reinvests its own sales back into the community it serves.
