The problem
A rangatahi mental wellbeing programme was making a real difference — but like so many community initiatives, its future depended on securing the next round of funding to keep going. Behind the paperwork was a very real question: would this support still be there for the next young person who needed it?
What we did
We built the Stage 2 funding case from the ground up, carefully refining the proposal over several iterations, presenting it in a fully branded format, and ensuring the programme's kaupapa Māori foundations came through clearly and authentically.
The outcome
Outcome details to be confirmed.
What it means for the community: continuity of a wellbeing programme that rangatahi and their whānau can rely on — care that doesn't disappear when the funding round changes.
